Gianfranco Ferrari – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Ferrari has served as CEO of Credicorp, since January 2022. During his 31 years at the company, he has held several leadership positions. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as Deputy CEO and Universal Banking Manager of Credicorp. Additionally, he was CEO of BCP from 2018 to 2021.
 
Between 2000 and 2017, Mr. Ferrari was the manager of Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance, Retail Banking and Wealth Management at BCP, where, from 2015 to 2017, he led the digital transformation strategy. He was also CEO of BCP Bolivia from 2005 to 2008.
 
Currently, Mr. Ferrari is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Credicorp Capital, Krealo, and Prima AFP; Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mibanco; and a member of the Board of Directors of BCP.


Mr. Ferrari is also a member of the Boards of Directors of Instituto Peruano de Economía, Consejo Privado de Competitividad, Es Hoy, and Red de Estudios para el Desarrollo. He holds a degree in business administration from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Francesca Raffo – Chief Innovation Officer (CINO)

Ms. Raffo was appointed Credicorp’s Chief Innovation Officer in February 2022 and served as Retail Banking Deputy CEO at BCP until October 2024. Ms. Raffo’s successful career at BCP spans 32 years and includes leading BCP’s transformation, managing the Customer Satisfaction Division, creating BCP’s first Innovation Center and leading Marketing Services. She joined BCP in 1994 as a member of the Process Reengineering pioneer team and subsequently led various strategic projects within Retail Banking. Currently, Ms. Raffo is a board member of the following Credicorp subsidiaries: Yape Market S.A.C. and Mibanco – Banco de la Microempresa de Colombia S.A.

Ms. Raffo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in Management Information Systems, both from The American University in Washington D.C.

Ignacio Belaunde – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Belaunde has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Credicorp and BCP, effective October 1, 2026. Prior to this role, he was Head of Planning and Financial Control at BCP, where he played a fundamental role in strengthening the evolution of BCP's strategic planning and financial management capabilities.


Mr. Belaunde has a solid track record in the financial sector. Before joining BCP, he held senior leadership roles at Scotiabank Peru, including CFO and Senior Vice President, Head of Peru Investment Banking, and CFO and COO of the Consumer Banking business.


Mr. Belaunde holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad del Pacífico.

Alejandro Perez-Reyes – Head of Microfinance and Mibanco Peru CEO

Mr. Perez-Reyes has been appointed Head of Microfinance and CEO of Mibanco Peru, effective October 1, 2026. Prior to this position, he served as CFO of Credicorp and BCP since July 2024. 
 
Mr. Perez-Reyes has worked at Credicorp since 1999, where he has also served as COO of Credicorp; COO, Country Head and Head of Asset Management at Credicorp Capital; Chief Investment Officer at Prima AFP; Head of Financial Derivatives and Structured Products at BCP and Investment Manager at Credifondo SAF.

He currently serves on the Boards of several Credicorp subsidiaries, including Credicorp Holding Colombia S.A.S., Prima AFP and Krealo Management S.A. He is also a board member of Peru Sostenible, a network of companies that promotes sustainable development in Perú.

Mr. Perez-Reyes holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Lima and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

César Ríos – Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

Mr. Ríos has served as CRO of Credicorp and BCP since July 2024. During his 33 years at the company, he has held several leadership positions. From April 2018 to June 2024, he served as CFO of Credicorp and BCP. Prior to that time, he held senior roles in Risk Management, Retail Banking, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Planning and Control.

Currently, Mr. Ríos is a board member of Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa S.A., Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa Colombia S.A., Yape Market S.A.C., Pacífico S.A. Entidad Prestadora de Salud, Credicorp Perú S.A.C., among others.

Mr. Ríos holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan Fellows Program.

Raimundo Morales – Head of Neobanking and Yape CEO

Mr. Morales has served as Head of Neobanking, (which includes Yape, Yape Bolivia, Tenpo and iO,) since April 2026. He has also served as CEO of Yape since January 2022. Previously, he spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Digital Practice in Spanish LatAm and was Managing Partner of the firm’s Lima office.


Throughout his McKinsey career, Mr. Morales advised LatAm-based financial institutions in a variety of areas, including leading, developing, and executing digital strategy and end-to-end transformation in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and the Caribbean. Prior to McKinsey, he was a senior investment officer at SEAF Peru, a global impact private equity manager focused on providing Peruvian entrepreneurs with capital, knowledge, and networks.


Mr. Morales holds a BA in economics from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, where he is Vice-president of Patronato UP. He also holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Milagros Cigueñas – Investor Relations Officer (IRO)

 

​Ms. Cigueñas has served as Credicorp’s IRO since August 2019. She joined the group in 2017 as Efficiency and Productivity Manager at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP).
 
Prior to this role, she had a thirteen-year career at the BBVA Group, where she held various increasingly senior roles in Financial Management, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning at BBVA Peru, as well as Head of Value-Based Management at the Spanish group’s holding company.

Ms. Cigueñas holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
